UNIVERSITY OF LONDON ACCOMMODATIONS

Some of the greatest thinkers and intellectuals of the 19th and 20th centuries once resided in Bloomsbury, and today the neighborhood continues that tradition through its dozens of colleges and universities. The University of London is headquartered here, as is the London School of Economics and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art—RADA, as it’s known to locals. Walk out the front door of Kimpton Fitzroy London and you’re bound to see students of all ages chatting in Russell Square, wandering down a residential block, phone and books in hand, and sharing a pint with friends at a neighborhood pub. Listen closely and you’ll probably hear plenty of American English accents, too—Bloomsbury is home to the London campuses of New York University, Syracuse, and other U.S. academic institutions.
